PSP Announces Roll Out of Soccer School

The Pro-Pathway’s Center of Excellence has combined an accelerated and intense soccer development with a nationally recognized rigorous academic program through Florida Virtual School. Members of the Soccer School are talented, motivated student-athletes from across North and Central Florida who train daily to develop their talent and maximize their potential. Pro-Pathway’s Center of Excellence serves committed student-athletes in grades 5 through 8 and provides a platform for exceptional young soccer players to reach their goals of playing in college and beyond.

This comprehensive school program provides a developmental environment, similar to those found in youth academies at professional soccer clubs around the world. The full-time school provides players with a full nine months of consistent, high level development, training, and education. This soccer-specific program includes a daily regimen of individual and group training, soccer specific conditioning, speed and strength training, and an on going, individualized assessment and feedback process.

Pro-Pathway’s Center of Excellence athletic curriculum also includes weekly mental conditioning, vision and awareness training, nutritional coaching and sessions on leadership and life skills; Pro-Pathways Center of Excellence’s student-athletes are provided with the complete advancement package that allows all of its student athletes to pave their own pathway to a successful colligiate and professional sports careers.

To develop each and every student, person and player, the Pro-Pathways Center of Excellence is built on the principles of leadership, determination, respect, teamwork and commitment to create an environment that will allow all players to maximize their abilities on the pitch, and in life. The Pro-Pathways staff will instill a confidence within each player that will allow him/her to create a dream goal, while providing the tools to help turn those dreams into a reality.

In our unique and exclusive environment our student-players are surrounded by like minded, goal oriented young people and, therefore, are able to build a strong academic, athletic and social foundation; a foundation that prepares each student-athlete for a future beyond the soccer field.

By utilizing the nationally acclaimed Florida Virtual School academic curriculum, the Pro-­Pathways Center of Excellence provides a student-­‐centered, individualized schedule allowing student-­‐athletes and their parents more control of their college preparatory education.

Between Pro-Pathways’ staff members there are 6 Bachelor degrees, 4 Masters degrees and 2 PhDs. All of Pro-Pathways’ Coaching staff have played professional and/or collegiate soccer. All of Pro-Pathways’ Coaching staff have coached soccer at the collegiate level. Our qualified on-site tutors are also ex-professional and/or college athletes.
